thanks for your answers, and multiple uploading of the annex files. I think one excel spreadsheet you mention in Answer to REW2 is still missing, or I misunderstood its content with respect to Annex I.
I appreciated the changes you did in figures and in the global presentation of your work, the core of the methodology (chapter 2) need in my opinion a further effort to make it more readible. You may find several other minor annotations and comments on your revised manuscript, hereinafter attached.
I hope they can help you to resubmit a new release of the manuscript soon; please let me know if you do not see properly the annotations (done on MAC). It will be furtherly revieved by Editors only.

thanks for your new release, here a final list of minor technical corrections that have to be fixed for publishing your manuscript.
1) homogenize words like "geodetic-geodetical" "hypothesizing-hypothesising" "NMS-NSM"
2) the references with et al are not uniform, follow the journal requirements; check how the proceedings (line 14 page 2) have to be quoted
3) delete repetitions as "(Toro et al 1997) at line 20 page 2, "Non Main Shock" at line 30 page 4, "(Figure 1 d)" at line 42 page 3
4) mention where is the Gulerche and Ocak study (line 25 page 2)
5) fix italics for dsr (e.g. line 1 page 4)
6) figure 3c is figure 1c at line 26 page 4, change is in are at line 36 page 4
7) quote figure 2 at line 17 page 5
8) add M before 5.5 at line 20 page 5
9) Figure instead of figure at line24 page 7
10) repeated instead of repeater at line23 oage 8
11) guest editor instead of reviewer for me, line 3 page 9
